CHUNKY AND BOP’S was founded in 2023 by Todd Mitchell. Our signature cheesesteak and hoagie shop will be in a high traffic area, aiming to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility for customers. We will create an inviting comfortable space, with modern yet rustic interior design that reflects the spirit of Philadelphia. Our menu will feature a wide range of cheesesteak options including traditional steak, cheese, and chicken cheesesteaks. Additionally, we will offer a variety of hoagies, sides, and beverages to cater to different tastes and preferences.
